We recently stayed at a low-budget hotel for a romantic getaway and had a mixed experience. the location was perfect as it was close to the city center and public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area and provided us with a map upon arrival. the room was clean and came equipped with basic amenities such as towels and free Wi-Fi. the breakfast was sufficient and offered a variety of options to choose from.

the room was very small and the bed was not comfortable, causing us to have a mediocre night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the town centre and a local supermarket is located just downstairs which is very useful. It's also a short walk to the port, making it a good location for those taking ferries. Despite being on the harbour, the rooms are quiet. the colourful rooms are small but clean and cozy. Basic toiletries like soap and towels are provided.

The customer service could be improved.

The rooftop terrace and stunning views were amazing for watching the sunrise and sunset. It was also great to be within walking distance of town, especially the romantic old streets. The staff was helpful in suggesting some local delicacies to taste, which we loved.

Our room had a strong and unpleasant odor, which made it unbearable to stay inside for extended periods. It was impossible to adjust the water temperature, and the water was either boiling or freezing.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided me with bottled water upon my arrival. The hotel offered free and reliable Wi-Fi, and the hotel facilities were comfortable and clean. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was close to the port and allowed for easy transportation to nearby areas. The breakfast was delicious and served on a roof terrace with a stunning view overlooking the harbor.

It was all superb.

With a stay at this hotel, we were delighted to find ourselves in a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that met all of our needs. the location was perfect with stunning views of the harbor, and the Garden area was a delightful place to walk around and relax.

Although there were only minor points that we were not entirely satisfied with, we found that the leisure/TV room could do with some upgrading or additional comfort, as the furniture seemed a bit old and dated. this was a very minor issue, and it did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.
